Założony przez Chrisa Blacka (m.in Nachtmystium i High Spirits) i Scotta Hoffmana w roku 1995 zespół grający przede wszystkim heavy metal - w Stanach w środowisku metalowym cieszący się dużym szacunkiem, mający spory wkład w tamtejszą scenę.

W początkowym okresie całość okraszona była mocniejszymi, brudnymi wokalami, by w późniejszym przejść w melodyjny śpiew. Jeśli chodzi o samą muzykę, ta również ewaluowała od mocniejszej, po spokojniejszą. Przyjemne dla ucha granie na solidnym poziomie.

Szczególnie polecam i darzę sentymentem wydany w roku 2010 "Nucleus" oraz młodszy o 2 lata "Into the Lair of the Sun God".
